The Straightline Performance Polaris RMK, SKS, and Assault 850 Single Pipe Mountain Clutch Kit was developed specifically for riders operating above 6,000 feet elevation and running a Straightline Performance Single Pipe exhaust system.

The Straightline Single Pipe increases horsepower and improves engine performance throughout the operating range. To fully capitalize on those gains, clutch calibration must be matched to the modified power curve. This clutch kit was engineered specifically to complement the performance characteristics of the Straightline Performance Single Pipe and maximize power transfer in mountain riding conditions.

At the heart of the package is Straightline Performance’s proven fully adjustable weight system. Designed to provide precise RPM control and extensive tuning flexibility, the adjustable weights allow riders to fine-tune clutch calibration for changing snow conditions, elevations, and riding styles. This flexibility helps maintain ideal RPM while delivering stronger acceleration and improved throttle response.

The kit also includes a custom-designed mountain helix developed specifically for Polaris 850 models equipped with the Straightline Single Pipe exhaust system. Extensive field testing was used to create a helix profile that improves shift characteristics, enhances clutch efficiency, and provides aggressive backshift response in deep snow and technical terrain.

Two custom-calibrated clutch springs complete the package. Carefully matched to the adjustable weight system and helix, these springs help maintain consistent clutch performance, improve engagement characteristics, and keep the engine operating in its optimal power range.
