The Straightline Performance Polaris RMK, SKS, and Assault 850 Single Pipe Mountain Clutch Kit was developed specifically for riders operating at elevations above 6,000 feet and utilizing a Straightline Performance Single Pipe exhaust system.

The Straightline Performance Single Pipe delivers increased horsepower and improved engine efficiency, but fully utilizing those gains requires clutch calibration specifically matched to the modified power curve. Through extensive mountain testing, Straightline Performance developed this complete clutch package to maximize power transfer, maintain ideal RPM, and deliver exceptional performance in deep snow conditions.

At the heart of the system is Straightline Performance’s proven fully adjustable weight kit. Designed to provide precise RPM control and maximum tuning flexibility, the adjustable weights allow riders to fine-tune clutch calibration for changing snow conditions, elevation variations, rider preferences, and machine setup. This flexibility helps maintain peak performance throughout the season.

The kit also includes a custom-designed mountain helix engineered specifically for Polaris 850 models equipped with the Straightline Performance Single Pipe. The helix profile improves clutch efficiency, enhances shift characteristics, and provides aggressive backshift response when riding technical terrain, steep climbs, and deep powder conditions.

Two custom-calibrated clutch springs complete the package. Carefully matched to the adjustable weights and helix, these springs help maintain consistent clutch engagement, improve belt efficiency, and keep the engine operating in its optimal power range.
